Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, hair accessories and piercings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item received
• Damaged item upon delivery
• Manufacturing defect found before wear

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items showing signs of wear, discoloration, or damage after use are not eligible for return or exchange.
